Jam-packed March for BKH
Lets start 2023 how we mean to go on!
This March will see us launch Top Shop for 2023, with two launch events held in Kāpiti and Horowhenua.
This year the events will be held in the main retail hub for each district, Coastlands Shopping Town and the Levin Mall, offering a great setting to profile these Awards right where the action happens.
Guests will hear from customer service expert Bronwyn Lord from Nevis Training, who will speak on what it takes to create consistently outstanding customer experiences and unshakeable loyalty.
These events also offer insight into the Top Shop Awards entry process and tips on how to get your customers involved in the text-to-vote campaign, which will identify both finalists and winners for both districts.

Top Shop Launch - Kāpiti, Coastlands Parade.
Wednesday, 15th March 2023, 5:30pm - 7:30pm.
The BKH AGM will follow on directly after the Top Shop launch - 7:30pm - 8:00pm.
Top Shop Launch - Horowhenua, Levin Mall.
Thursday, 30th March, 2023 5:30pm - 7:30pm.
These events provide a great way to come together as a business community and learn about the great gains for your business to be made by getting involved with the Top Shop Awards and who knows you might pick up some awesome learnings on providing effective customer experience in your business.
The Top Shop Awards are free to enter for 2023, Simply register your business via the BKH website, with a few key details to be eligible for the public voting round.
Top Shop business registrations are open between - 20th March - 17th April.
The text to vote round opens between - 24th April - 8th May (Standard text costs apply).
All registered businesses will go in the draw to win an iPhone 12 kindly provided by our Top Shop Sponsor, One New Zealand, which will be announced at the Awards Night later in the year along with the winner for each district.
All finalists will also receive an annual membership to the Kāpiti Coast Chamber of Commerce, not to mention inclusion in a robust marketing campaign.
