2023 Top Shop finalists!
Drum roll, please; the Electra Business & Innovation Awards are proud to announce 2023’s fabulous finalists.
What a great Top Shop competition we have had this year with a record number of businesses across both the Horowhenua and Kāpiti Districts registered to enter the Top Shop Awards. Businesses put their name in the hat to be eligible for public voting, and then the public text voted for the business they felt delivered the best customer experience.

We would like to acknowledge all businesses that registered for the Top Shop Awards for 2023. Although some didn’t make a finalist position, the hope is that engaging their customers and celebrating excellence in customer service within their businesses was a positive experience.
The Top Shop Award winners will be announced in October at the Electra Business & Innovation Awards Night celebration.
The Awards' focus has now shifted to the Main Awards for 2023.
